Furlough agents return and Equipment

Aloha Kakou,

For those of you returning back from furlough first off welcome back. You should be receiving your equipment from the company within the next couple of days if you have not as of yet.

Open the box immediately and make sure you have everything you need to start work, I know some of you received information that you would have to purchase your own phone, our AGC Tony Gibson talked with the company and they should be providing that as well.

But yes check your equipment for any damage and everything is there. If not call and reach out to the phone number provided by the company. Also please send me an email to let me know what was missing and pictures of any damaged equipment such as cracked screens.

Being that we are in Hawaii, delivery time is not overnight. Sorry for the delay in this email I thought I sent it however it was stuck in my outbox.

If you do not have a phone, please call and request one for them to send.

Let me know if you have any questions. I know some of you start on Monday I am working on seeing what happens if you do not have the equipment in time and the steps.
